• No cash value.
• Must be 18 years or older to participate in this raffle.
• You do not need to be present at the drawing to win. Your prize must be claimed no later than Monday, October 19.
• Comes “as is”. Delivery is not included.
• If you are the winner: You do not have to pay sales tax when your register this vehicle because you didn’t buy it. However, you must fill out Idaho Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, Form ST-133, Section II, and give the completed form to the clerk when you title and register the side-by-side.  
• Prizes are subject to income tax and will be added to your taxable income. Therefore, you must pay income tax on the value of the side-by-side if you are the winner.
• All proceeds support programs of the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce.
• Employees of the Coeur d’Alene Chamber and their immediate households are not eligible to enter.
• Ticket purchases are not tax deductible contributions under current IRS regulations.
• Online tickets sales are limited to residents of Idaho only and are available at www.cdachamber.com.
• Out of state participants may purchase tickets over the phone by calling the CDA Chamber at 208.664.3194.
